About the Role:

We are looking for experienced and versatile Part-Time SAP Consultants who can support multiple client projects across key SAP modules. You should have a strong understanding of SAP best practices and hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting various SAP functionalities.

This is a fully remote, flexible-hours role — ideal for consultants who want to contribute on a part-time basis while continuing other engagements.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and implementation.

• Configure and support one or more of the following SAP modules:

  • SAP FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, WM, PM, or Basis

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues reported by clients or team members.

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers for integration and enhancements.

• Support documentation, testing, and end-user training when needed.

• Participate in client calls or sprint meetings as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP experience in multiple modules.

• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and integration.

• Ability to work independently and handle client communication.

• Functional or Techno-functional profile is acceptable.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).

🌐 Nice to Have:

• SAP certification(s) in any core module

• Experience working with international clients

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is a plus

• Knowledge of project tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or BMC Remedy

🕒 Work Hours & Flexibility:

• Approx. 10–20 hours/week, depending on project needs.

• Work from anywhere with flexible timings.

• Must be available for scheduled client or team meetings in IST or overlapping time zones.

💰 Compensation:

• Hourly rate: Competitive (based on experience and module expertise)

• No deductions, fully remote, long-term collaboration preferred.
