Our Working Model
Solutionzhere has a flexible working model which can be opted by Client based on their need. Project basis – Where a team of Technical, Functional, Project Lead or any other experts will be working to deliver the project on time.
Dedicated resource deployment – Client can select certified consultant from multiple resumes and taking interviews. The consultant will be reporting to Client every day for sharing updates and taking feedbacks.
Time Management and Ticketing
We are using Microsoft Power App to track hours which is integrated to Sharepoint . Every Solutionzhere consultant has access to this App and they log their hours every day. Based on Client’s engagement, we share the total hours in Excel monthly or weekly.
Yes, we use Jira Service desk and give access to our Client where they can raise their tickets and respective consultant are deployed for those open tasks.
Solutionzhere extensively use Microsoft Teams and Client will get direct access to the individual he is working with. We invite our Clients into Solutionzhere Teams Org and they can get direct access to all our consultants and Engineers. We believe in direct communication and thus utilising the time effectively and maintaining good TAT (Turn-around-time)
Payments
No, Solutionzhere will not ask for any upfront fees. We urge our Clients to utilise or test our services and then you can plan accordingly.
Hourly Or monthly Or Project basis – fixed cost (milestone payment)
Security
We are very strict in maintaining Clients data and adhere to all kind of Non-disclosure policies. Once we deliver the assets to our Client , we keep a safe back-up of the data for 1 month and then we remove it from our server.
We provide company laptops and gadgets to our resources to keep a track of every activities and thus make sure everyone is adhering the privacy policies.
