Salesforce CPQ and Billing Migration for The Therap's Quote-to-Cash Process

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Worked with The Therap and migrated them on Salesforce CPQ and Billing to support them on Quote to Cash process for their HealthCare products and services. The project involved Salesforce Development, CPQ & Billing implementation on top of their legacy system and Integrated payment solution.

CHALLENGES:

• We’d to migrate the system to CPQ and Billing during live business and provide user training.

• To manage the legacy data and Data Migration to new system.

• To support QA with live demo to perform testing on each user stories.

• Release management and deployments.

• Production bugs.

SOLUTION:

• Started from the scratch plan the sprints with client to deliver the project more efficiently.

• Managed data and planned user training since starting the project.

• Provided release note and user manual on user stories with documenting the business requirement and system design.

• Arranged daily meeting with cross functional teams to smooth operation and hassle free delivery on each sprint. 
Weekly call to managed the production bugs and some priority enhancements comes from client.

• Design complex bundles and provided solutions on complex business requirements.

• Integrated payment solution to support billing system.

• Implemented Advance Approvals for CPQ for smooth and fast quoting process. 
Supported client on weekends for production deployment. "

RESULT :

Successfully migrated to Salesforce CPQ and Billing. 
Users adapted the new system very efficiently from the first quarter.
